Composed from humble, everyday materials—popsicle sticks, plywood, and craft sticks—Home Series reflects on the post-pandemic landscape of rapid construction and transformation. Drawing from the visual language of architectural siding, roofing, and vernacular craft architecture, the works echo the repetitive patterns and textures of suburban development, revealing the quiet poetics embedded in acts of building.

Rather than portraying domestic life within, the series centers on the skeletal framework of shelter—the structural bones of what contains and protects. Through methodical layering and a restrained material palette, Home explores themes of accumulation and labor, speaking to the tension between permanence and impermanence, stability, and fragility. The result is a meditation on a built environment in flux, where the act of construction becomes both metaphor and material.
